Damith may be busy on next couple of days.

I must say that this week is the busiest week of this year. College sports meet is going to held on this Thursday (4th of March) while college Science Day is on this Friday (5th).
On these days college Science club president master Malinga Damith showing a busy style at college obviously due to the Science Day.
This year the science day is nominated as “Vishwasara 2010” and college Science society is planning to organize it in a grand scale.
No doubt that all eyes will focus on 5th of March for the science day.

Big Match 2010?

Well.. a lot of people ask personally from me, “will there be a Big Match in this year(2010)”? It is due to the enthusiasm developed in every Annite since last 2 perfect victories by the college Cricket Team.
Anyway what we can state at this moment is there is not yet official confirmation regarding the Big-Match 2010. College Principal Rev. Bro. Denzil Mendis addressing students after last big match victory by wishing the college cricket team stated: “The major thing that we expect through sports as a college is the developing the friendship among the neighboring schools and colleges. We are not going to do any activity that seem to be harm to students and the friendship among the schools.” On his speech Brother Principal further stated that “I must highly appreciate each Annite in the way they behave at the Big Match. Each Annite has the ability to welcome both the victory and the defeat”.

So this is the news at the moment. Just reminding you: Our college always take the decisions thinking about students.

Science Day 2010 : Confirmed

It is on 2010 March 5th at college premises

Science day Bookmarks in order to fulfill financial needs are now released. One just worth Rs.10. Try to get one and support the science day. The bookmarks are available with every member of science day. (People who doing A Levels on 2010, 2011 on science streams are automatically get the membership of the science day).
